Seal Life
This is neat. Researchers from the University of California at Santa Cruz have developed a website for students and teachers that chronicles their studies of
Weddell seals in the Antarctic. It is updated weekly with information on the development of the Antarctic research base and a play by play of the studies. There are some incredible photos of the ice sheet that covers Ross Bay. It should continue to be updated through the winter... their summer, but with temperatures like those I don't know if you can really call it summer.
