    Lord of the Humvee

The One Ring doesn't necessarily have to be fiction. It could be a reality based on some of the more advanced technology and research going on now except it would be big. Big like a Humvee. Properties such as invisibility, longevity of the user, meglomania, sturdiness to normal fire, and control over other rings are all explained here in a sophisticated technological sense. Boy wouldn't I like a "One Ring" of my own.

One truck to rule them all
    GPS to find them
OnStarTM to bring them all and in the darkness bind them
In the Valley of Silicon, where technology rules!

In other news of sorts the movie Lord of the Rings is set for worldwide release tomorrow the 19th and should be absolutely huge. I'm salivating right now thinking about it all...Balrogs, Gandalfs, and Hobbits oh my! My tickets are in place for a special 12:01am screening tonight. Sorry, I know it's not science but how often do you get a mic in your hands...err...heh.
