ALERT - BIGGEST COMPUTER VIRUS EVER
The most prolific virus to be seen is now on the loose. The virus is named Klez.H and can now be found in one of
every three hundred emails, on average. Klez.H is, technically speaking, a mass-mailing worm that comes as an attachment within a decoy email. Once opened, the virus mails itself to every address on the users email list. Furthermore, Klez.H attempts to detect and disable anti-virus software running on the host computer. It is very difficult to detect, as the virus is able to randomly select header names for its sender address, and has a wide range of subject text. This means that there is no readily identifiable word to clue users that they are about to open an infected email, such as was the case with the earlier I love you or Anna Kournikova strains, for example. The best precaution, as always, is to make sure your anti-virus software is as updated as possible. Be vigilant!
