Is it the Flu Pandemic?
Not yet, according to the information available. But, Justin and Kirsten did a good job of discussing the story of the week and trying to make it a little less exciting. Justin did rant a bit, but that's to be expected.
What else was brought up?
Well, Obama is still good for science. Stem cells have a little more freedom, but not much. Parasites might be good for you. And, it might not have been the asteroids fault.
Oh, yes, and we chatted a bit with author and string theorist, Dr. Michio Kaku, whose book 'Physics of the Impossible' is #10 on the New York Times paperback bestseller list.
